• To all our loyal friends who have visited over the months: Our sincere thanks for coming back!  We have thoroughly enjoyed your contacts and hope to continue many more in the future.  

• To the new friends we hope to make:  Our goal is to give you the best service for technical documents that you have ever experienced, and to have you come back to see us when you need any publications.

• We could not place all our inventory online, but add to the site on a regular basis.

• We add items daily to our in-house stock and replace old editions with new.

• It is a real challenge to keep our site current. .but we are trying!

Please, if you don't see what you need, contact our knowledgeable staff.

They will use their combined years of experience to help you.

 

Please Note:  The website pricing may not be exact. Publishers are very fond of changing prices and we must adjust our  prices accordingly. We also update our inventory daily with new editions, new books, new  prices, etc. so it is a real challenge to keep the website current.  But if you obtain an e-mailed or faxed  quote,  it is valid for 30 days.

		Voice Mail is available for after hours or busy times during the day. Please be patient--our phone system tries to find a person first and that sometimes takes several rings, but you will eventually be transferred to voice mail. Your calls  WILL be returned as quickly as possible.

  •     Our inventory is so diverse,  Returns must be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  •     Returns WILL REQUIRE PRIOR PERMISSION.

  •     Contact orders@brownbookshop.com for permission to return/exchange. 

  •     These general requirements   should be considered:

    •  All returns must be in salable condition.

    • Within the first week of the purchase for local customers.

    • Time allowances may be made for shipped items.

    • INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS  should be considered as FINAL, BUT

      • Exceptions will be made If we have made an error in shipping,

      • Contact us for corrective procedures.

    • Return shipping will be at your expense unless it has been our error. 

    • WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT RETURNS ON THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:

      • All codes and technical standards,

      • All review texts and solutions guides, exam preparation texts, etc.

      • Shrink-wrapped items which have been opened,

      • Software or books with disk packages which have been opened (defective items are exchanged with the actual vendor),

      • Items which have been special-ordered,

      • All industry directories.
