Volume II is being introduced as a means of including provisions for heliports. Proposals for comprehensive Standards and Recommended Practices covering all aspects of heliport planning, design and operations have been developed with the assistance of the ANC Visual Aids Panel and the ANC Helicopter Operations Panel.
