In the first part of this book I will try to acquaint you with a general knowledge of oil production; while in the last chapter, I will try to explain the potential and the risk involved in investing in the oil business. This book should appeal basically to three groups of people: (1) Those who live in an oil producing area or a potential oil producing area who might have their land leased already or might even have producing wells on their land. (2) Those who would like to invest in the oil business but don't know the first thing about it. (3) Those who are just curious about an interesting subject. This could apply to someone who might be presently working in some phase of the oil business but would like to know more about all phases of the business.
