This pamphlet contains the code of criminal procedure, chapter 508 of the government code, the rules of evidence, and the rules of appellate procedure. The code of criminal procedure, enacted by acts 1965, 59th leg., ch. 722, effective January 1, 1966, is included as amended through the 2009 regular and the first called sessions of the 81st legislature.
